“小学生英语考试也应该考听说！”疯狂英语创始人李阳日前表示，学习英语最重要的就是听与说，英语听说应该作为考核学生最核心的标准，英语教学制度已经到了非改不可的地步。
背单词，几乎是每个中国人学习英语最主要的方法。小学背、初中背、高中背、大学还在背，而其结果是，我们的很多大学生见了老外就成了哑巴，开口闭口只有“YES”和“NO”。为什么很多 托福 高分到了国外连问路都有困难？李阳认为，这些都是背单词惹的祸！不要再死背单词了！
“‘背单词’祸害好比背八股文，被动机械地去记一些枯燥词汇，严重脱离应用实际，毫无生趣可言，久而久之脑子都锈掉了。连最简单的听说对话都不会，即使是过了120级又有何用？让三亿中国人说一口流利英语，哪能是这种学法？！”李阳如是说。

　　我曾在一家不错的大公司工作，可我听到不止一个人说我选错了工作……一般来说，大学毕业生选择工作的标准有三个要点：一是要能留在大城市，二是公司能解决户口，三是公司要大、要有名气
