面试英语：如何应对面试尾声出现的两种情况

面试到了尾声，会出现两种情况：一种是告诉你等待消息，通常在大型招聘的时候面试官都会这么说；另一种就是现场决定要不要聘用你了，无论聘用与否都请记得一定要保持礼貌。且看下面两位是如何应对这两种情况的。

1. 面试要结束了，考官说在所有面试者都接受了面试之后才能给出答复，这是很自然的，也是必经的程序，你要表示谅解。来源：考试大

2. 是的，这也是为了公平起见。Come to a decision，得出结论，有结果，相当于make a decision.

3. 一般考官都会告诉你面试答复的最后期限，这段时间里你就要耐心等待了。不要逼问考官面试的结果，这时只要做到自信，礼貌就很好了。来源：考试大
