The United States has ordered its warships in the Persian Gulf to leave their ports. American officials say there is a believable threat of terrorism . They say the threat may be linked to American charges against 14 people Thursday. The charges are related to the 1996 bombing of a building in Saudi Arabia(沙特阿拉伯) where American military workers lived. The State Department has warned Americans throughout the world that there is an increased risk of terrorism. The government also announced the temproray closing of the United States embassies in Baruch(巴林) and Senegal(塞内加尔).
