Nowadays mobile phones on campus have become a common phenomenon. Most of the students in colleges and universities carry these products of modern invention. Some high school students are also equipped with these items. Mobile phones are so popular with the students that they think their life revolves around them. Students are often seen using their mobile phones in the dormitory, on the way to the library or even in the classroom. Many students regard a mobile phone as a vital communication tool and a fashion.
However, possessing a mobile phone on campus does have its disadvantages. First of all, it may cost a lot. It is the students themselves or their parents who have to pay the fee necessary. Besides, the ringing of a mobile phone in the classroom or library will surely disturb others and hinder one’s concentration too.
